Are you a fan of Battlefield 2? I love it. I do admit though, when I first played, I rage quit BIG TIME. It does take getting used to.... But in the last two years I can't tell you how many hours I have racked up!
My favourite pack is Re-supply as I love the points. The image in my sig (at time of post) is only one day old xD.
I don't like Vehicle servers AT ALL. I'm a massive fan of any Inf. Only and that is why when I had my own BF2 ranked, I had it Inf. only.
What do you think of BF2?... This is not about BF3 (upcoming) or BFBC2 ;)
At time of post... I have killed 71 peolpe.. 44 with Nades xD Mashtuur city FTW!

Awesome Chopper Vid :D (Choppers have controllable TV rockets ;))... Plus Choppers take two people (one to fly and shoot normal rockets.. one to shoot and control TV rocket).. This bloke is doing it by himself. It's PURE ORPHNAGE

It looks like a certain Bandit needs a history lesson in the Battlefield games, and luckily I am here to educate him (I hope). :hehe!:
The Battlefield series is by EA Digital Illusions CE (EA DICE)
Battlefield 1942 (http://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B0001BDL18?ie=UTF8&tag=gamerperfection-21&linkCode=as2&camp=1634&creative=6738&creativeASIN=B0001BDL18) - This was the first in the series of Battlefield games produced for the PC back in 2002. I actually played this one myself way back then when my Brother was playing it. This was followed by several Expansion Packs: Road to Rome, and Secret Weapons of WWII.

Battlefield 2 (http://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B000N3RLK6?ie=UTF8&tag=gamerperfection-21&linkCode=as2&camp=1634&creative=6738&creativeASIN=B000N3RLK6) - This was the third game in the series and was released back in 2005 along with the Special Forces expansion pack later that same year.

Battlefield 1943 - This was released in 2009 for the Xbox live arcade and Play Station Network (PSN) ONLY. It was meant to be due for release for the PC in 2010 but may not be until 1st Q 2011 now.

There is talk of an Expansion pack being released for it called Bad Company 2 : Vietnam in late 2010, but that may be wrong.
Battlefield 3 - This is the next game in development.

Well... everyday's a school day! I didn't realise all the Battlefields' were related!!! Wondered why there wasn't law suits flying around over the name. Gamer, BatM I bow to your superior knowledge on this subject.
Gamer you pretty much hit the nail on the head. They are all "EA" backed games I'm pretty sure and created by "Dice". The only one you left out was Battlefield Heroes which IMO is an epic fail and just an attempt to make bf2 look like tf2... Why? I don't know. But it's free ;)
Not a fan of any of the other Battlefields though BFBC2 is too much like MW2 compared to BF2. Apparently they are testing that physics level for BF3 (so what you get now but MASSIVE maps and also choppers planes etc).. But they are all just rumours.
So.. In essence.. IMO the only real liking of the Dice/EA series of BF's is BF2 :D
